ABOUT Heather is a graphic designer from the New River Valley in Southwest Virginia with more than 20 years of design experience. She knows what it takes to produce high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns and collateral materials on brand, on point, and on budget.

From designing graphics for various types of print media to creating graphics for web pages and social media campaigns and developing user interfaces for applications, her diverse design experience gives her a unique perspective for every project. Driven by creativity and a passion for storytelling through design, she strives to provide the best creative solutions, no matter how small or large the project.

Heather holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a master's degree in digital marketing. She owns Trillium Design Studio and works with small businesses, academic companies, universities, and technology industry clients to help them with their design and marketing needs. She is a frequent teacher on the topics of graphic design, web design, motion graphics, and digital disruption at area universities and New River Community College in Christiansburg, VA.

She embraces her entrepreneurial spirit when she is not designing and loves taking on new challenges.  She believes that "Life is short, and you only get one shot at this thing.
